• All prices are inclusive of VAT.
• All prices are correct at time of booking.  Prices are subject to change at any time without written notice.
• Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
• All booking fees are non-refundable. 
• If during your consultation, it is decided that you are unsuitable for treatment, your booking fee will be retained. Whether you are responsible for any further payment, will be decided on a case by case basis.
• If during your treatment, it is deemed unsafe to continue or finish your treatment in full once started, you will still be liable for the full cost of treatment.
• All clients must be at least 18 years old at the time of treatment.
• If you are not able to provide identification upon request, you will be refused treatment and you will lose your booking fee.
• A non-refundable booking fee may be referred to as a 'deposit'.
• A £50.00 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure an appointment. For any treatment less than £50.00, a non-refundable booking fee of £25.00 is required. 
• If you have booked multiple treatments, a non-refundable booking fee may be required for each appointment made.
• A non-refundable booking fee is always payable in advance of your appointment unless you have paid in full. The non-refundable booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your scheduled treatment provided your non-refundable booking fee has not been retained for any of the reasons set out below. The remainder of your scheduled treatment cost is payable on the day of your appointment.
• If a non-refundable booking fee is requested and not paid 48 hours before your appointment, your appointment will be made available for others.
• If you wish to change your appointment and transfer your non-refundable booking fee, you are required to give more than 48 hours notice. The non-refundable booking fee can only be transferred twice before another non-refundable booking fee will be required.
• If less than 48 hours notice is received to cancel or change your appointment, the non-refundable booking fee is non-transferable and shall be retained. 
• If your booking is cancelled or you wish to change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, your non-refundable booking fee is non-transferable and shall be retained. You will also be responsible for payment of 50% of the full cost of the scheduled treatment. 
• If your booking is cancelled or you wish to change your appointment with less than 12 hours notice, your non-refundable booking fee is non-transferable and shall be retained. You will also be responsible for 100% of the full cost of the scheduled treatment.
• If you wish to change your appointment and have not given more than 48 hours notice, a further non-refundable booking fee is payable to secure your new appointment.
• If for any reason I am unable to fulfil your appointment, your booking fee will be transferable to the next available and convenient date for both parties.
• If you secure an appointment for a promotional treatment then the non-refundable booking fee will not be transferable. 
• If you book a prescription only treatment, such as wrinkle relaxing injections or vitamin B12 injections, you may be required to pay in full in advance. 
• If you pay in full, in advance of your booking and cancel or wish to change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the full amount paid will be retained and will not be transferrable. If more than 48 hours notice is given, it will be possible to transfer the non-refundable booking fee.
• If product or prescription costs have been incurred specifically for you, you will not be able to transfer the non-refundable deposit to a different type of treatment. 
• If you have booked a course of treatments you are required to pay in full at your first appointment. If you give less than 48 hours notice for cancellation then the remainder of your course of treatments will be cancelled and all monies paid retained.
• If you are more than ten minutes late for your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled and any non-refundable booking fee paid is lost.
• Non-refundable booking fees received by BiBi Aesthetics are verification that you agree to these terms and conditions, in particular, in the event of any cancellation.
• Treatments are subject to availability.
• BiBi Aesthetics fully reserve the right to refuse treatments.
• Correction or top ups of another practitioners work is assessed on a case by case basis and is subject to individual pricing.
• After having wrinkle relaxing injections, if you wish to have any further toxin added, this must be done within 2-3 weeks after the initial treatment. After this time scale, it is not possible to add anymore toxin until after 3 months.
• After tear trough or liquid rhinoplasty treatment, you wish more dermal filler to be added, this must be done between 6-8 weeks after your initial treatment. Anything after this time, it will be charged in full rather than at the top up rate.
• BiBi Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for client aftercare. Full instructions are provided after treatment but client choices are down to the individual.
• By proceeding with treatment you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.

Child Policy

For the comfort of all our guests we respectfully ask that children under the age of 14 are not brought into the BiBi Aesthetics clinic unless prior consent is given. There is no waiting area or facilities for their care whilst your treatments are being performed. Children must not be left unattended anywhere in the BiBi Aesthetics clinic.
