Deposits paid are non-refundable. If you pay in full up front, this is also non-refundable.

Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you decide to re-book, your deposit will be transferred. If you decide not to re-book, your deposit will be retained.

If you cancel your appointment:

- within 48 hours, your deposit will be retained. 

- within 24 hours, your deposit will be retained & 50% of remaining treatment value payable.

- within 12 hours, as above but 100%.
